We have a fully functioning live kitchen in our showroom and we love to cook! We offer cooking classes with regional chefs in a laid back non-intimidating setting. Our classes are no more than 12 people and you can interact with the chefs ask questions and learn some trade secrets. Even if you cant boil and egg, we promise you will walk away learning something and be eager to try it at home. Our classes are usually 3-4 courses and beer and wine is included in the price.
If you would like to have a cooking class with all your besties we can do that too! If you have 10 people we can host your own event with the chef of your choice or we can give you some suggestions. We also offer private dinners or small parties in our space.
Chef David Ouimet – St. Patty’s Day Dinner – March 15th, 6-8pm
We will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with some excellent Irish inspired fare, prepared by Chef David Ouimet!
Chef Nicole Monier ~ March 29th, 2018 6:00pm – 8:00pm
If you have had the pleasure of joining us for one of Chef Monier’s classes you know that it is a can’t miss! We are all so excited to have her back at Simmer and Soak. Nicole mixes things up a bit with her culinary expertise and we are just as excited as you are to see what she has in store for us!

Donna MacPherson of Golden Isles Olive Oil – May 17th ~ 6-8pm
Donna MacPherson of Golden Isles Olive Oil will be back heating things up in the kitchen with her culinary expertise. She will be demonstrating how she prepares some of her favorite cuisine and how to dress it up, using olive oils and spices from her shop! We absolutely can’t wait for this class and know that you will love every minute of it. You definitely don’t want to miss out on this one!
